Each version of the Tax60 Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice is listed with its effective date, newest first. A version’s text never changes after it takes effect; a change to the wording is a new version. Material changes take effect no sooner than 30 days after notice by email and in the app.

    Effective October 1, 2026

    What changed: Tax60 now stores the medical-exception data you choose to record in your account, as a regulated entity under Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370. Sharing it with a professional you invite takes a separate consent for that professional; without it, what you wrote about those days is withheld too. Staff never see it under support access. The app no longer keeps a home location; geofences follow the device and are never placed on a health-care facility.
