How to reach us

Email support@tax60.app with your app version and iPhone model. Privacy requests go to privacy@tax60.app; legal notices and service of process to legal@tax60.app. Security reports are welcome at support@tax60.app with “Security” in the subject line.

Your account and security

Your record is stored in your Tax60 account, so logging in on a new iPhone brings it back. Anyone who signs in to your account can see your record, so keep your password to yourself. If you forget it, reset it with the 6-digit code we email you; changing your password never changes your record.

We will never ask for your password. Never send it to anyone, including us.

Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

The Audit-Ready subscription ($49 a month or $499 a year, with a 14-day free trial) is billed by Apple through the App Store. Cancel, change plans, or request a refund in your Apple ID settings or at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple’s decision controls App Store refunds. When a subscription lapses, tracking continues on your phone, export stays free, and nothing is deleted.

Export and deletion

Download your record at any time from Profile › Data & reporting in the app: a spreadsheet (CSV) and a calendar PDF for any month, year or range of dates, in one zip. For your complete record, with every version of every entry and your documents, write to privacy@tax60.app. To delete your account, write to the same address from your account email: we ask you to download your data first, a seven-day grace period follows, and everything server-side is removed within 30 days after it, except where a legal hold applies. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Legal process

Requests from tax authorities, courts, or counsel are handled under the Legal Process and Data Custody Policy. Serve process at legal@tax60.app. Users who need Tax60 to confirm a commitment in an examination should write to the same address.
