Version history

Each version of the Tax60 Subprocessors is listed with its effective date, newest first. A version’s text never changes after it takes effect; a change to the wording is a new version. The list is updated at least 30 days before a provider is added.

    Effective October 1, 2026

    What changed: Our database, storage and backup providers now hold your record, encrypted at rest. Our website host renders it for your signed-in web app sessions, for the professionals you invite in the CPA portal, and for our staff while you have support access open; our email provider also carries our staff's one-to-one emails. No new provider.
