Version history

Each version of the Tax60 Terms of Service is listed with its effective date, newest first. A version’s text never changes after it takes effect; a change to the wording is a new version. Material changes take effect no sooner than 30 days after notice by email and in the app.

  1. Version 2.0

    Current

    Effective October 1, 2026

    What changed: Your record is kept in your Tax60 account, so losing your iPhone no longer loses it, and valid legal process can demand it from Tax60 as well as from you. Replaces the key and recovery-phrase section with your account, the web viewer with the web app, and share links with inviting a professional. Records made under 1.0 come under 2.0 only after you agree in the app.
